The AUG | Contractor was finally released into the world of CS2 on November 27th, 2013, and was part of the highly-anticipated EMS One 2014 Souvenir Package. It was in this update, "Out with the old, in with the new," that players were introduced to a whole new wave of goodies and looked forward to adding this Factory New beauty to their collections.
