The AUG | Colony is a scoped rifle with great accuracy and stopping power, but it has its cost: for the speedier reloads give way to unparalleled accuracy, extremely low recoil, and a quick rate of fire. This sleek design has been colored in a distinctive khaki and grey spray painted finish that makes it stylishly deadly on the battlefield.
The AUG | Colony was released to CS2 on November 27th, 2013, in the Berlin 2019 Mirage Souvenir Package. This update worked to rejuvenate the game further by adding more skins to each weapon, inclusive of the striking AUG | Colony.
The rare skin AUG | Colony can be obtained by opening one of the 13 containers: Atlanta 2017 Mirage Souvenir Package, Berlin 2019 Mirage Souvenir Package, Boston 2018 Mirage Souvenir Package. Besides that, it is included in The Mirage Collection, which also emphasizes its rarity and popularity among CS2 players.
This skin was among the popular ones, and its popularity rating is 65%. Such an estimation was taken from the consistency in sales of this skin on a daily basis and relatively high market value.
AUG | Colony is one of 255 Rifle skins; it is quite common since its rarity is Consumer Grade.
The AUG | Colony is a rather cheap skin, with its price oscillating between $0.14 and $9.14, which makes it affordable for players of all ranks. It is wide on different markets, so it should not be a problem to get it for any player. Actually, there are already 119.1K units of the Colony in public CS2 inventories, which shows that this skin is pretty widespread among players.
The AUG | Colony is a versatile skin with float values ranging from as low as 0.06 to as high as 0.80, allowing buyers to easily find a well-worn or factory-new version to match their unique taste. Collectors and enthusiasts alike can also obtain this skin in each of its various externals as a Souvenir version, with an added layer of rarity and exclusivity on the skin.
The AUG | Colony has had mixed community sentiments; over 9.5K votes on addskins.gg, the skin is rated an average of 3.4 stars out of 5. Besides this, the fact that professional players of CS: GO like fnx, jdm64, and spunj make use of it speaks volumes about its endorsement in the competitive gaming circles.
The AUG | Colony from CS2 features a "Solid Color" style with a unique Colony finish. The base of this skin has been incredibly painted in as many as four bright colors, but this version is dominated by shades of gray. A pattern of Colony skins does not change under the various flow of pattern indexes and all of them look consistent and nice.
Each skin has a minimum and maximum wear value, that's what we call a wear range. The line shows the available wear range for this skin.
