The Desert Eagle | Directive appeared for the first time on virtual battlefields in CS2 on August 18th, 2016, when it was released as a new skin for the Gamma 2 Case. This striking design by the very talented community designer "Millenia" quickly became a highly sought-after choice for players who wanted to make a bold statement on the battlefield.
The Desert Eagle | Directive is a very popular skin in the game CS2 and hugely sought after. It was obtainable through container opening for the case skin entitled Gamma 2 Case, because it is part of the exclusive collection entitled Gamma 2 Collection.
The Desert Eagle | Directive is one of the most favored weapons within the game CS2, holding 90% of popularity among players. Its popularity could be estimated by its daily volume of sales and commanding price for the skin, placing it as one of the most favorite items in the game.
The Desert Eagle | Directive is one of the 347 other pistol skins, so it is a pretty rare find in the ocean of choices. Its rarity level is Restricted, and this already gives it some sort of rarity. Its estimated drop chance is about 15.98%, thereby adding to its exclusivity.
The price of the Desert Eagle | Directive is relatively cheap, as it costs in a range of $0.17-$30.46, depending on its float and condition. Because of this fact, it is rather affordable to the majority of players. Besides that, it is available in the majority of markets, making buying it rather convenient for any player. There are currently 1.1 million units of the Directive in public CS2 inventories, further exemplifying its popularity and availability.
The Desert Eagle | Directive in CS2 is available in all exteriors with float values ranging from 0.06 to 1.00 to ensure a wide variety of wear conditions. Besides that, each exterior option also features a StatTrak variant for collectors, adding a touch of personalization and tracking to their gameplay.
For the Desert Eagle | Directive, it received a high support from the community, having over 1.5K votes to give it a rating of 4.4 out of 5 stars on addskins.gg. Its popularity also extends to the professional scene, since widely known players kennys and olofmeister proudly possess this stylish skin.
The Desert Eagle | Directive in CS2 has a "Patina" finish that is somewhat close to real-life weapon patinas, like case hardening, cold bluing, and acid-forced patinas. Because an authentic non-reactive hardened shell is carried forward, pattern indices do not change the look of the Directive finish.
Each skin has a minimum and maximum wear value, that's what we call a wear range. The line shows the available wear range for this skin.
