M249 | Gator Mesh is a highly reliable light machine gun available to dominate open areas with pretty accurate shots and having quite impressive ammunition capacity. The appearance of this light machine gun is quite unusual; it has been done by freehand spray-painting, requiring immense patience using mesh fabric as a stencil.
The M249 | Gator Mesh was added to CS2 on November 27th, 2013, with the EMS One 2014 Souvenir Package release. The patch that came out at this date updated the game and added into it new weapon skins, such as the famous skin for M249 called Gator Mesh.
It is only possible to obtain the M249 | Gator Mesh through opening a container either from the DreamHack 2013 Souvenir Package or from the EMS One 2014 Souvenir Package. This is an action in celebration of the major esports events. The M249 | Gator Mesh is one of the popular skins included in The Safehouse Collection, which increases its appeal to collectors and players alike.
The M249 | Gator Mesh has gained popularity, with an 85% rating wanted in CS2. This position within the top 15% of items that are most wanted comes from the analysis of daily sales volume and market price, which finally puts it on a player's want list.
Gator Mesh is one of the other 43 Machinegun skins, so it's an OK choice overall. It gets an Industrial Grade rarity here, which should mean this Gator Mesh is quite common and thus easy to get for completing the collection.
The M249 | Gator Mesh is available in all exteriors in CS2, and since float values range from 0.00 to 0.60, there are quite a few wear levels available for this skin. Besides that, in each exterior a player is able to get a souvenir version of Gator Mesh.
This skin was highly accepted by the community, having more than 6K votes and an average rating of 4.9 out of 5 stars on addskins.gg. Also, it is owned by such famous players as f0rest, aizy, and spunj, which makes this skin even more popular.
The CS2 M249 | Gator Mesh is spray-painted and features a paint with layering by way of stencils. Here, the most contrasting color is green because it comes as a dominant color. Besides, the pattern index will make the appearance of Gator Mesh look different, adding depth and exclusivity to the weapon.
Each skin has a minimum and maximum wear value, that's what we call a wear range. The line shows the available wear range for this skin.
